"What she did could start a war ... "
" ... and I could've stopped it."
[ Kate Warner is from the television show 24. She is in her late twenties, has blond hair, blue eyes and a slim, 5'8" frame. She also has a bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University and is a
Because of the family business, the Warners have lived in Los Angeles, New York, London, Riyadh, Cairo and Manama.
Kate's a private person who can be somewhat reserved and even shy, but she's extremely protective of her family and friends. She's stubborn, self-deprecating, and sometimes sarcastic, but tries to avoid confrontation for the most part.
When her mother died, Kate dropped out of graduate school at Stanford to help her father cope and care for her younger sister, Marie. But Marie, attending college in London, disappeared for several weeks; when she resurfaced, neither Kate nor her dad, Bob Warner, realized Marie had become radicalized and joined terrorist organization Second Wave.
As of June 2008 in bar-time (and June 2005 on Kate's side of the door), Kate's gone through her canon; it's safe to say she'll be dealing with the repercussions for a while. She's a little more guarded, a little more cynical than usual. (Except when it comes to Boo, of course.) ]
[[ For the eminently curious, this and this is what Kate sounds like; clips courtesy of Hulu, FOX and Real Time Productions, with mild spoilers for the second season of 24. After being drugged, kidnapped, interrogated and tortured, Kate offers to help Jack Bauer and CTU find known terrorist Syed Ali in an L.A. mosque. ]]
