Hello again, everyone! Your friendly neighborhood show-runner Crystal here, with another apology for another belated e-mail -- my life as a bookseller has been relatively sane, but moonlighting as a copy editor has kicked my (expletive deleted) eight ways to Sunday these past few days.

I hope everyone's having a good week and gearing up for a weekend of awesome! (We're grilling out and exploding things on Saturday -- so very *American,* I know. *g*)

As for plot! We're at a pause at the moment on the apartment thread with our current tagging order; Val-mun is out of town, but will be returning this weekend -- as soon as she's back to tag, we can totally wrap that thread with another round of tags from everyone else, we just need to establish their exodus.

Now, as for actual rescuing! Lai has set up a post in Cruella's journal here, complete with handy-dandy sub-threads! The first is locked to Bill (wheelsy_sheriff) and Detective Beckett (fanofthegenre) to split the downstairs and upstairs teams.

There are also subthreads for each group -- tag in, and Lai will tag back with obstacles, and of course you're free to add in your own hairy and/or hair-raising details, as well. *G* We're all about pup-cruelty. (But not puppy-cruelty, of course.) And lulz, as, hey, this *is* a Disney world we're gallivanting about in.

Once both floors have been swept and there's no Boo to be found, Bill's team will join Beckett's upstairs for a " ... where IS she?" moment, and then the secret!attic can be discovered. This can happen any of several ways -- someone can mention that it looked like there were THREE stories from the outside of the house, maybe Dani uses her powers of awesome to ascend into the attic and triggers the trapdoor to let everyone in, or maybe it's something Lai and I haven't even *thought* about! Ideas? Let us know!

Now, as for the Home Team -- that's Cruella (obsessedwithfur), Demeter (wheatencrown), AndrAIa (notascreensaver), and Coreen (coreenfennel) -- you guys are going to get a surprise from Cruella's world over in your thread. Said surprise may spark a bit of violence from the whole roster, and if anything starts to get out of hand, Cam has graciously agreed to send over Belar (alorn_bear) to sort out the shenanigans.
